Interviews are one of the most important stages of the job application and hiring process. It really either makes or breaks your chances of getting hired in the medical industry.

One important tip is to answer concisely, honestly, and accurately. Don’t pretend you know something you don’t, because the interviewer knows what he or she is asking, and a wrong answer will spell doom for you. Don’t give long answers as well, as you’ll just bore the interviewer out – besides, you’re not the only candidate for the job and there are others after you that need to be interviewed. Also, dress appropriately, so as to make a good impression on the interviewer.

Just in case it’s a phone interview, you still need to treat it like an actual interview. Conduct yourself professionally, and give straightforward answers. Don’t beat around the bush.
