Physical therapists or PT people continue to be in demand due to the fact that old people need constant care. From nurses for the elderly to therapists who assist them with daily activities, these jobs continue to be in huge demand all over the world. Nurses used to be the in-thing but the economic slump has dissuaded governments and companies from hiring foreign migrant workers, reserving the said jobs for citizens who have lost jobs.
Therapists however a specialized area that can require certification unlike some other medical support positions that can be performed without them. Competition is stiff for as with many other fields in the job market, there are more people than available jobs so be alert and follow up leads as soon as possible.
